Itoh Denki invented the Motor Driven Roller in 1975. Their 24V brushless DC Power Moller is the global standard for zero pressure accumulation — and the natural companion to our robot palletizing and depalletizing systems.

Accumulation Explained
In a traditional belt conveyor, product piles up with force — cases bump into each other, labels get damaged, and the motor runs continuously whether product is present or not. Itoh Denki ZPA eliminates all of this.
Each zone has its own 24V brushless DC motor. When a sensor detects no product in a zone, that zone stops. When product arrives, it starts. The result: silent, energy-efficient conveying with zero product contact pressure.

PM486FH / PM486FE — Power Moller® 24
The workhorse of the Itoh Denki family. 1.91" diameter, 24V brushless DC, 9-pin JST connector. Used in the majority of ZPA conveyor applications from light to medium-duty loads. 25–196 FPM speed range.
PM635KT — 2.5" Pallet-Capable Roller
Designed for heavy pallet conveying and large unit loads. 10-amp high-torque model available. Compatible with HBK-608F ZPA driver cards for full accumulation zone control on pallet in/outfeed.
HBK-608F — 2-Zone ZPA Hybrid Driver Card
Zero Pressure Accumulation logic built in — no separate PLC needed for basic ZPA. Variable speed via 10-position rotary switch, PNP/NPN configurable, up to 30-motor daisy-chain. Works with PM486FH, PM635KT, PM570KT rollers.
F-RAT — 90° Right-Angle Transfer Module
3-in-1 MDR module: drives product forward, lifts, then transfers 90° via belt. Fully electric — no pneumatics or valves. Handles packages as small as 8.8" × 8.8" and loads up to 110 lbs. Drops into existing conveyor frames.
